Al/Cu Bimetallic PG Clamp with 2 Bolts - According to DIN Standard

Description

For connection of Al conductors according to DIN 48201 & ACSR conductors according to DIN 48204 with copper tap-off conductors according to DIN 48201.

Material

Body:

High strength, corrosion-resistant, aluminium alloy (AlMgSi1/Al6082).

Bolts:

Steel 8.8, DIN 933, hot-dip galvanised.

Nuts:

Steel 8, DIN 934 hot-dip galvanised.

Conical Washers:

According to DIN 6796 corrosion-protected.

Pressure Pad:

Aluminium alloy, with spring washers DIN 127 hot-dip galvanised. Stainless steel A2 bolts and nuts available according to order conical washers or pressure pad according to order. *Aluminium side for sector shape cable. Minimum Torque Moments: M8 : 23Nm M10 : 46Nm
